As per The Roswell Clay Collective by-laws, a Member of the Collective is any student who has taken a weekly class during the current or prior calendar quarter.

All members of the RCC are eligible to participate as vendors in the bi-annual Works in Clay show and sale.

There is no registration fee to participate in the event.  RCC retains 30 percent of the proceeds of each vendor's sales. ​​All vendors attend an orientation and information meeting ahead of the shows to familiarize themselves with show protocols. All vendors are required to volunteer at least two shifts during the show.
