As a student at ACW, you are automatically a member of the Roswell Clay Collective! Please read on for details!
YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE ROSWELL CLAY COLLECTIVE (RCC) IF…You are 18 years of age or older and have taken a weekly class during the current or prior calendar quarter. All that is required is an email address so you may be able to receive notices and meeting documents. This information shall not be released to any other source. No membership dues shall be charged.
AS A RCC MEMBER YOU CAN…

Participate and volunteer in any capacity, in all RCC events throughout the year

Participate in the Works In Clay Show and Sale as a vendor

Vote in the annual election of new officers in the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer

Vote in any member referendums throughout the year

Stand for and be elected to serve on the RCC Board in any position
HOW OFTEN DOES THE RCC MEET?
General meetings are announced in advance via email. Please make sure that emails from the Roswell Clay Collective are being directed to your Inbox.
HOW CAN I TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN THE RCC?
We welcome suggestions and active participation in the RCC’s work to further the interests of everyone at Arts Center West! Please send an email to roswellclaycollective@gmail.com with your inquiry.
HOW DOES THE RCC RAISE FUNDS AND HOW IS IT USED?
RCC raises money primarily through the Works In Clay Show and Sale twice a year. The fund accrues thirty percent of all sales during these two events. The money thus raised is used to enable and enhance the experience of all members of the Clay Collective at the studio via equipment/material purchases, workshops, hospitality for events, etc. For a detailed budget as well as expense reports, please contact our Treasurer at roswellclaycollective@gmail.com.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKS IN CLAY SHOW AND SALE?
Yes absolutely! The Show and Sale is open to ALL current members and vendor tables are assigned by signing up! A call for vendors goes out in March/April for the WIC Spring show and in October for the WIC Winter show. Please look for the email and sign-up!
